Summer reading: Did someone say movie marathon?

There is no denying that 2021 was another tough year for us all. But as we move into the festive season and are kicking up our feet for some well-deserved time off and time with the fam. We thought we’d share some of our favourite binge worthy series and movies to sink into the couch with.

Starting with TV shows! Just one more episode, that’s what we all say to ourselves when it’s 3am but you just can’t get enough. Some of our faves this summer are.

And Just Like That! ?

We’ve been waiting 11 years since the release of Sex and the City 2 for a comeback of our favourite four girls from NYC. So, we’re super stoked to have them back, cosmopolitans in hand on Binge, in And Just Like That!

Whether their long lunching or stopping by Saks Fifth Ave, we’re all about the adventures of Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda. We’ll be holding out to see if Charlotte makes an appearance… GIVE THE FANS WHAT THEY WANT!

Make sure to check it out on Binge.

Selling Sunset ?

We wouldn’t be a home builder if we didn’t love watching extravagant houses being sold in Los Angeles (and a little bit of drama ?) on Selling Sunset.

From Chrishell and Christine’s beef to the never-ending ringing of the sales bell. It may be a guilty pleasure, but we cannot get enough of it! Will Davina finally sell the $75 million house? You’ll have to check it out to see.

Grab your popcorn and settle in to binge it all on Netflix ?

The Great ?

If you’re a lover of satirical comedy, The Great is one for you to enjoy this festive season. Don’t be turned off by the “historical” mention in the synopsis, this is the funniest take on a series of historical events you’ll ever see.

Season two has just been released, so sit back and relax and watch as Catherine the Great of Russia plots a coup d’ tat to over-throw her husband Tsar Paul and become one of the greatest rulers the of the Russian empire. Filled with laughs, extravagant parties, and a little bit mischief, you’ll find yourself audibly laughing at this one.

Catch both seasons on Stan now!

Wu Tang:  An American Saga ?

If you’re a lover of music and how it all comes together, you’ll love Wu Tang: An American Saga on Stan. The show itself follows the formation of the 1990’s sensation that is the Wu-Tang Clan. The two seasons follows the rise and falls of the group and their home town of NYC during the tumultuous times of the early 1990’s. Follow as a dozens of young African American men find their own way out through creating HipHop.

Take a step back, you even might find yourself singing to this one ?
