Refer a Friend

The referral incentives are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The referrer must make the New Homes Consultant aware of the referred person at sales stage, so it is captured on the PWC and relevant annexures are completed & signed.
  • The referred person must enter into a HIA Contract with HBC.
  • If the contract between the referred person and HBC cancels the above offer is null and void.
  • This referral incentive is confidential and will end at the discretion of HBC Management.
  • The referral payment will be paid into the referrer’s nominated bank account when the referred person’s home commences construction (slab down stage).

‘Sign Up to Slab in 18 weeks’ Quality Assurance

  • This guarantee is only available to new clients of Homebuyers Centre who sign a PWC with a relevant Pre-construction Guarantee annexure
  • 18 week ‘Sign up to Slab’ (“Pre-construction”) Guarantee covers the timeframe between the WON date and footing/slab pour
  • This Guarantee is only available on Greenfields lots, the builder’s decision on eligible lots is final
  • This Guarantee is only available on home designs from the builder’s standard range
  • This Guarantee only applies to clients who have land which titles prior to PWC signing
  • No structural changes can be made post PWC signing date
  • No selection changes can be made post Selections Meeting
  • This Guarantee is not applicable if planning approval is required
  • Homebuyers Centre will pay up to a maximum of $500 per week to the client for each week outside of the 18 week timeframe, up to a maximum of 18 weeks
  • Should the “Pre-construction” period fall within the months of December & January, there will be an additional 2-week extension of time to allow for the closure of the builder’s office during the Christmas period
  • This Guarantee excludes delays caused by Government policy changes on COVID lockdown and isolation rules and any Force Majeure
  • Any delay deemed to be caused by the client or land developer would render this agreement invalid. These include, but are not limited to:
    • HIA contracts not signed by client within 7 days of the preparation of contracts
    • Selections Meeting not taking place within 7 days of first available booking
    • Selections not finalised within 2 days of Selection’s Meeting taking place
    • Confirmation of Formal Finance and Settlement of land must be provided to the builder within the 3 months of signing PWC
    • Land is not practically complete within 2 months of signing PWC

HBC Go High Ceilings and Electrical upgrade pack.

High ceilings and electrical upgrade pack with your HBC GO home – “the Promotion” – Terms and Conditions 

  • “The Promotion” only applies to house and land packages purchased with standard home designs and HBC Go specification.  
  • Electrical Upgrade Pack includes: additional double power point to bedrooms, theatre and study (if applicable), kitchen and living; waterproof double GPO to alfresco/external living area; up/down lights to front elevation; additional LED to living, dining, kitchen, bedroom 1 and hallways; flumed exhaust fan with draught stopper to bathroom and ensuite; fan bases to kitchen; roof mounted digital antenna (if required); 50mm conduit to living and theatre (if applicable) or TV services (HDMI etc). 
  • 30c raised ceilings throughout living areas, 27c to alfresco, porch & garage. Note: 27c high windows/aluminium sliding doors throughout.   
  • Advertised $10.5K value is the total retail value of “the Promotion” package items, and is based on a Bronte home design. Retail value varies based on home design. 
  • Customers forgo a Colour Selection Consultation with the choice of HBC Go specification. 
  • “The Promotion” available for Homebuyers Centre Perth customers only (excludes South West customers). 
  • Customers must sign Preliminary Works Contract and pay $2,000 deposit to Homebuyers Centre to qualify for “the Promotion”.
