The alfresco courtyard parallels the double carport, which can technically be used as a patio, if you need the extra space (you know, for all those parties you're planning on hosting). The kitchen is in prime position looking out to the entertaining areas, making it the social hub of the first storey. With plenty of storage, including the recessed pantry, you've also got the separate laundry tucked behind the kitchen. 

Second storey:

A massive activity area which is bathed in natural light from the nifty skylights. You thought the storage ended downstairs, upstairs you've also got another built-in linen cupboard. With two minor bedrooms at the rear, both with built-in robes.
