First home ready with Nakita and Nick
Nakita and Nick knew they were first home ready when they needed their own space.
Nakita and Nick only had Homebuyers Centre in mind when it came to building their first home.
“Homebuyers was the one. Every single time we emailed we would always get an instant response, every single question we asked we were told”.
They knew they wanted to live in Baldivis from the get-go.
“It’s beautiful, it’s quiet” “Plus we are close to the vet that has the equestrian, and we can hear horses and I love it”.
Once they decided to start building it was a quick turn around and they absolutely loved their building journey.
” It was awesome, you’d see so many things change so quickly”
When they built their dream home not only was it for them but it was also for their furry friends. (Nugget the dog, and Muffin & Huntley the cats.
“The dog gets his own room, and there’s like a whole cat run down the side of the house” “They are well looked after”.
When their key handover came around, they were so overwhelmed and overjoyed to have a space of their own.
“The first feeling of being in the home was definitely so much joy and excitement” “It’s such an overwhelming feeling, you don’t realise what it is to have your own space that you call your own. And you come home every day to your own house”.
They absolutely love their new home. And they shared their favourite spaces in their home with us.
Nick: “My favourite space in the home is definitely the theatre. Every day that I come home from work I usually just go straight in there”.
Nakita: “My favourite space in the home is definitely my study. I spend the majority of my time there”. “That’s my space, that’s my place”.
Now having lived in the home for over 12 months they have loved having their own space to come home to every day.
