The referral incentives are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The referrer must make the New Homes Consultant aware of the referred person at sales stage, so it is captured on the PWC and relevant annexures are completed & signed.
The referred person must enter into a HIA Contract with HBC.
If your Contract or your friend’s Contract cancels, this offer is null and void.
This referral incentive is confidential and will end at the discretion of HBC Management.
The referral payment will be paid into the referrer’s nominated bank account when the referred person’s home commences construction (slab down stage).
