Making a first home happen for Trent & Bruce
Trent had been saving for a long time when he realised, he should take the next step and build his first home.
Trent’s parents built with Homebuyers Centre in the 90’s. So, Trent knew from the start that he wanted to build with Homebuyers Centre too.
“Mum and Dad were both really happy with how the house turned out. Being around for so long I knew that their reputation was the best”.
Trent knew he wanted to build in Hilbert because it was up and coming.
“I knew the surroundings, it’s not too far from where I was living. And there are lots of parks for Bruce.”
When Trent finally got his keys he was so excited to see everything come to life.
“When I got the keys, it was pretty much just taking it all in. I remember being at work cause my appointment was at 2 o’clock or something and just waiting to finally get in and see everything”.
Trent and Bruce are loving their new home. Trent shared what their favourite spaces are in their home.
“My favourite space in the home would be the entertaining area, so my dining and living, I would include the kitchen as well. It’s good for when friends come over, watching the footy on the TV”.
“The patio area outside, Bruce loves it. He loves his outside.”
Trent found it so great that we have finance, land and home all in the one place as it made his experience with us even easier than he thought.
