Best beach days out
Whether you’re looking to sink your toes into the sand or sink your teeth into some awesome food and drinks, here are some of our fave beachside suburbs to hang out on the weekend and where you can bring your new home dreams to life!
North of the river
There are some pretty magical spots north of the river. Just 36 minutes north of the CBD you’ll stumble across the Beach House located in Satterley’s Eden Beach Estate.
Kick back and relax on their balcony overlooking the ocean and let the kids run wild in the decked out adventure park just next to the tavern. Or sit down with your friends and family for a pretty epic meal watching the sunset. Our fave thing on their menu is by far their typhoon shelter squid and you can’t go wrong with some hot chips on a summers day.
Take a stroll along the beach and start imagining how you’ll spend your time enjoying the coastline when you call Jindalee home!

Walk down to the beach to catch some sun and enjoy the deep blue waters of the Indian Ocean.
Heading just another 10 minutes up the road you’ll find another Homebuyers Centre team fave! The Amberton in Stockland’s Amberton Beach Estate.
Summer days at The Ambie are something else! Relax in their outdoor courtyard perched overlooking the ocean. We can’t go past the house made focaccia with their poached mushrooms and dukkah and a nice cold cocktail to round out a summers day.

South of the River
Heading back down the freeway, you’ll find the stunning beaches of Golden Bay. Perfect for a beach day out with the fam or to chuck on your boardies and head out for a surf! Peet’s Golden Bay Estate is the place to be if you want to be south of the river and by the beach. Plus, their Shipwreck Cove adventure park is out of this world.
