Your first appointment is all about you! We’ll walk you through the process, discuss what you can borrow, and explore house and land options that fit your needs. You’ll also get a guided tour of Home Collective, where you can gather inspiration and see all the finishes and features up close.

And don’t worry, we’ll keep the conversation going with follow-up chats, working with you until we find the perfect house and land package that feels just right!

Preconstruction is where everything comes together before your build kicks off! You’ll finalise your design, get approvals sorted, and visit Home Collective to choose the finishes and features that make your home uniquely yours.

Once you’ve paid your deposit and signed your Preliminary Works Contract, we’ll get to work behind the scenes, finalising plans, permits, and contracts, while you track it all in My Building Hub, our building app.

If you choose a Selections Consult instead of Homebuyers Go, you’ll visit Home Collective to make your style choices in person.

Then, once everything’s locked in, your land is titled, and settlement is done, it’s time to build!

As your home comes to life, you can track every step in My Building Hub and get fortnightly updates from our team. You’ll also have milestone meetings to check out the progress in person!

Progress payments are made in stages as your home is built, rather than one big payment upfront. Your finance broker will walk you through this early on, so you’ll know what to expect. Each payment aligns with key milestones like slab down, plate high, lock up, and completion. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated along the way!

Moving in is just the beginning! Home Assist is here to make sure your new home feels just right. Whether it’s answering questions, sorting out little tweaks, or sharing handy maintenance tips, we’ve got your back. Think of it as extra peace of mind while you settle in!

Your home comes with warranties covering everything from structural protection to appliance guarantees. Plus, Home Assist will check in 12 months after you move in to make sure everything’s going smoothly. If anything needs attention, our Home Assist is here to help!
