- Investing in your future – not someone else’s. Paying off someone else’s mortgage means less investing in your own future. Let’s fix that. We could help you into your own home for what you’re paying in rent (or sometimes even less).
- Your own brand-new home. Let’s not forget the massive benefits of building your own brand-new home. You get to select your design to suit your budget and lifestyle. Plus, it’s not used, so no previous wear & tear to fix or maintain.
- The rental vacancy shortage. Rental vacancy rates are at a 40-year low* resulting in some serious competition for rentals. We think standing in rental queues for hours (only to face rejection) is a far less attractive option than putting your rent money into your own home. *Source REIWA
- $10,000 First Home Owners Grant. The First Home Owners Grant is a genuine $10,000 payment from the State Government for eligible first homebuyers building a brand new home, unlike buying a used home, where there is no grant available.
- First homebuyer stamp duty concessions. When a first homebuyer is eligible for the First Home Owner Grant, they may also be eligible for stamp duty concessions, which could save you thousands.
Many people think you still need the age old 20% to get into your own home. First homebuyers, think again! Thanks to Resolve Finance, we have access to a range of low deposit options.
