2. Saving for a deposit made easy
- Saving for a deposit can seem like a big task, but there are ways to make it easier for you
- The idea that you need 20% saved is not necessarily true. There are low deposit options, as well as Government schemes that could be relevant to you and help get you into a home sooner*

3. Government support you might not know existed
- You may be able to access Government support schemes such as the Federal Government’s First Home Guarantee, Family Guarantee and Regional Home Guarantee which mean you could only need a 2-5% deposit*
- In WA, the State Government offers the First Home Owner Grant of $10,000 to eligible applicants*
