2. In these terms and conditions:

• Competition means this competition, the details of which are set out in these terms and

ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY INTO COMPETITION

3. To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must:

• be a resident of Western Australia;
• be over the age of 18 years;
• Enter the competition before the closing date for entries
• submit a valid entry in accordance with clause 5 of these terms and conditions during the Competition Period; and
• not be an employee, supplier or contractor of the Promoter, or a member of their immediate families. HOW TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION

4. You are only entitled to enter this Competition
5. To enter the Competition, you must visit the Tyla display home, located at 11 Acacia Way, in Sinagra.
6. Scan the QR code in the Tyla display home on the dining table and complete an ‘online’ entry form accessible [URL HERE] (Website) within the Competition Period, which will involve providing your full name, phone number and email address.
7. By entering the Competition, you:

• represent and warrant that all details you submitted for entry into the Competition are true and correct; and
• acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may contact you on the phone number or email address provided by you, to confirm your eligibility to enter the Competition and for marketing purposes. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time after the promotional period.

DETERMINATION OF PRIZE WINNER

9. A random draw in respect of the Prize will occur at 00am AWST on 30 January 2026 at the Competition Draw Address (30/01/2026). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
10. The first eligible entrant randomly drawn is entitled to the Prize (Prize Winner), subject to compliance with these terms and

• cannot be contacted within 5 business days from first contact (provided that the Promoter has used reasonable efforts to identify the Prize Winner); or

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

16. A draw for the Prize if it is unclaimed (provided that the Promoter has used reasonable efforts to identify the relevant winner) in accordance with these terms and conditions, will take place at September 8 2022 at the Competition Draw Address, subject to any directions from a regulatory
