- If they decide to build a Homebuyers Centre home, you’ll both receive $1000*
The referral incentives are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The referrer must make the New Homes Consultant aware of the referred person at sales stage, so it is captured on the PWC and relevant annexures are completed & signed.
- The referred person must enter into a HIA Contract with HBC.
- If your Contract or your friend’s Contract cancels, this offer is null and void.
- This referral incentive is confidential and will end at the discretion of HBC Management.
- The referral payment will be paid into the referrer’s nominated bank account when the referred person’s home commences construction (slab down stage).
